Menaka Doshi is senior editor for Bloomberg India. She authors the weekly newsletter India Edition, reports for Bloomberg TV on news events such as G20 and elections, and hosts digital videos on India’s economy and business.

She brings to the job three decades of journalism experience – as a breaking news reporter, a prime time host of award winning news shows, founder editor of the country’s first television show on law and policy matters, and managing editor of one India’s first multimedia business newsrooms.

In that time Menaka has interviewed several Indian and international leaders including Verghese Kurien, Ratan Tata, Fali Nariman, Azim Premji, Mukesh Ambani, Jeff Bezos, Indra Nooyi, Stephen Schwarzman, Lakshmi Mittal, Mark Mobius, Raghuram Rajan, Michael Spence, Gita Gopinath and Ajay Banga.

In 2006, Menaka won the Ramnath Goenka Award for business reporting.
